Hi everyone,
I thought I'd send you lot this email I received from the CU-List.
It's some guy slagging off Amos. I think we should all flame him for
his total ignorance of our fave language...
Read on...
>Tell me about it... I've got a Retina, which doesn't have a monitor
>throughput. If I run an AMOS program by accident, I'm forced to unplug
>the monitor, plug it into the RGB on the computer, quit the program
>and then switch back again. AMOS ranks up there alongside my all time
>hates. And most of the software written in it is slow, badly written
>and useless anyway.
>The flashing text command on its own makes death too good for it.

Hmmm...I think Mathew needs a good (snip)
We can't let peeps get away with this. It's harming our reputation.
Stand up for Amos. Please. If a PC owner slags off your Amiga, do ya
just sit back and let 'em?
So why should we let peeps do this to Amos. Not any longer. I'm sick
of it. I bet this guy hasn't even tried programming (even in C64 basic
never mind Amos!)
Phuk! ASCII scripts would be too much for him!
I'd better stop before I get started ;
ttfn, Andy Gibson.
BTW Subscribe to the cu-list. There's loads of emails each day. I got
around 80 today and still more to collect tonite!!!
